Wow, I gotta say every time I walk into that joint, it's like a warm hug from old pals. The staff, like Deanne and Gabrielle, make you feel like a VIP with their mega-watt smiles. The manager, Mr Lucas, well, that dude knows how to show some love and make you feel like family, which is so rad. Oh, by the way, they could up their coffee game, but it's no biggie in the grand scheme of things. 🌟

I was looking forward to enjoying the beautiful views of Lake Cecile at The Palazzo Lakeside Hotel, as advertised. The room was a letdown, but the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I particularly appreciated their prompt assistance at the 24-hour front desk when I needed help with some urgent requests.

The water pressure in the shower was extremely low, nearly like sprinkles.

Clean room, great bathroom amenities, friendly staff, lovely pool area, and beautiful lake views with wildlife. The hotel decor was exquisite and met my expectations. The receptionist Ashley was welcoming and the breakfast server was exceptionally friendly. Relaxing at the pool and exploring nearby landmarks like Shingle Creek Regional Park enhanced our family bonding experience. While there were a few drawbacks mentioned by other guests, our overall stay was enjoyable, and we found the hotel to be a hidden gem worth considering for a family getaway.

The room with a balcony was delightful. The hotel is beautiful and conveniently located near major theme parks and other fun activities. It's just next to Burgers & Biryani Express, a great dinner option.

I really enjoyed the hotel, it was exceptionally comfortable with free wi-fi. Pleasant and incredible staff team especially Lucas the manager who was very attentive to the issues that occurred at the property, the rooms were newly decorated. Everything seemed excellent, clean. Wonderful central location just next door to Disney or Orlando, everything, food, a shopping and Walt Disney World.

This accommodation had a central setting in breakfast area. Tried some nice meals at China Restaurant, located close to the hotel. Overall it was reasonably large with good wifi.

The rooms at Palazzo Lakeside Hotel are super cozy and spacious, making you feel right at home. The seating area is a nice touch, perfect for chilling after a tiring day of adventures at the theme parks. As a chill and laid-back guest, I loved the relaxed vibe of the room.

Some might find the seating area a bit cramped.

I chose this hotel for attending a convention and was impressed by the well-equipped 2153 square feet conference space and the complimentary wired Internet access. The 24-hour business center was convenient for last-minute preparations, and the 24-hour front desk made it easy to come and go for my work commitments.

The only thing I missed for my work was a printer and copier that I could have used at the hotel's business center to handle some urgent documents.

Incredibly beautiful hotel located in a good area so close to a bus stop about 10 drug addicts day and night and shops. Fully renovated, new-fashioned room with a private bathroom and a shower, hairdryers and bath sheets.

Great building in a convenient location near popular attractions, just a short drive from a shopping mall.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The hotel is undergoing renovations, but it's clear that they are making a great effort to improve the place. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the new modern furniture was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast room and public areas were bright and cheery, creating a positive atmosphere. The bed was extremely comfortable and the amenities provided were convenient. The free Wi-Fi in public areas, 24-hour reception, fitness center, and seasonal outdoor pool were all impressive features. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel in Orlando - Kissimmee area.
